If you would like to gain first-hand nutritional experience in a developing country while making a difference to local communities, this Nutrition Internship in Peru is for you. You will be able to work with professionals and learn from their years of experience in nutrition, adding relevant experience to your CV. You need to be 18 years old or over to take part on this internship. You must also be able to communicate in Spanish on an intermediate level, because you give presentations in Spanish as part of your work. You can join a nutrition placement in Peru at any time of year, but please note that some of the organisations we work with are closed between January and March.

Our Nursing internship in Peru is open to all ages and is ideal if you are pursuing a career in nursing. Whether you’re planning to study nursing, or already enrolled in university, this internship will add value to your future career. To do this internship, you must speak an intermediate level of Spanish. This is because many nurses and patients in Peru do not speak English, and you need to communicate with them.  You can intern at any time of the year, but you are required to stay for at least four weeks, and can stay for longer than that.

Doing a Midwifery internship in Peru will give you a global perspective on midwifery practices. You'll learn a great deal about the challenges faced by women giving birth in developing countries You don’t need previous experience or qualifications to join, as your role is observational. You’ll spend a week adventuring through the oldest reaches of the Americas with an itinerary packed with exploration, culture and views that will forever be engraved in your memory. Our local guides will also show you traditions around every corner. This Discovery Tour is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old. You’re also required to have at least a decent level of fitness due to the nature of some of the hikes and other activities on your itinerary. During your stay, you’ll be living in a hotel with the rest of your group. Your accommodation will be in the navel of soaring peaks, cloud forests and untroubled waters with the opportunity of fresh ceviche always around the corner.

You’ll work closely with some of the top minds of biology and rainforest conservation. You don’t need previous experience to join. You’ll be supervised by experts, and our staff are always available to provide guidance and advice.

You don’t need previous experience to join. This High School Special is designed specifically for teenagers, and runs over fixed dates during the summer.

The experience you gain will also boost your CV, giving you an extra edge. This internship is specially designed for teenagers between 16-18 years old. Because this work is for teenagers, you don’t need previous experience to join.

Considering a career in medicine? Interested in gaining clinical experience before or during your medical studies? This international medical internship in Peru is the right move for you. Overseas medical experience will set your CV apart for all your future applications. The internship runs for a minimum of four weeks, but you can choose to intern for longer to accumulate as many hours of work experience as you would like. Please note that you must speak an intermediate level of Spanish to join this internship, as not all doctors and supervisors are fluent in English.
